ANUAR QUESILLE VERA

Anuar graduated in Law from Universidad Diego Portales. He has a Master’s in International Law from the University of Chile and a post graduate degree in International Human Rights Law from Utrecht University, in the Netherlands. He used to teach International Law and Litigation in Human Rights at Universidad Diego Portales and at Universidad Central de Chile. He has worked in the legal area of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in San José, Costa Rica, as a researcher for the Human Rights Centre at Universidad Diego Portales, and as a Child Protection Officer for UNICEF Chile. Currently, he provides legal advice to several entities that work in the field of childhood and is an international consultant for UNICEF.
