Graduated with a diploma in Social Work (Udelar), specialising in Family Social Work (Udelar). Diploma in Children's Rights and Public Policies (Udelar-Unicef). Master’s in Popular Education (San Buenaventura University, Rome). Co-founder of the Network for the Right to Family and Community Life in Uruguay. Director of the Family Foster Care Department from 2007-2011 at INAU. Team member for the supervision of protection centres for children deprived of family care at INAU.
