Sara is a Social Worker, with a Master’s in Civil Society Organisation Studies (FLACSO), and a Master’s in the Management and Monitoring of Public Policies (FLACSO). Regular lecturer in Social Work Studies at the University of Buenos Aires, and a specialist in childhood policies and social networks, with a large amount of experience working with NGOs as well as in state management, having worked as the Vice-President of the Children's and Adolescent's Rights Council of Buenos Aires City between 2003 and 2007. She is the co-author of the book The Problems of Child Labour (La Problemática del Trabajo Infantil) and the author of various articles. She has also been a member of the Council since 2003, and acted as RELAF's Communications Benchmark from 2009 until 2011.
