Karina Pincever

Karina Pincever has a degree in psychology. She has taught in various universities (UB, Salvador, National School of Special Education, UCES), coordinating study groups and supervising teams. She worked and studied with multi-problem families in Israel. In 1999, she founded IELADEINU, a programme specialising in the prevention and treatment of child abuse, which developed into an innovative model of national and international recognition. She is the author of the book "Child Abuse, the Ieladeinu programme's innovative approach", sponsored by UNICEF. She presented the model in national and international seminars and conferences. Until 2009, she was the Executive Director of Ieladeinu, a post which she held for 10 years. She is part of the leading team for the subject Alternative Systems at UCES.
